Psilocybin Ceremony (Group)

Service Description

The purpose of this event is to utilize the medicinal properties of the mushroom by collaborating with the spirit of the plant to gain insight into any current roadblocks participants may be experiencing in their lives. (Homogenized tea will be the form in which the plant medicine will be offered. Participants may want to consider a partial or full fast preceding the ceremony.) Mats, pillows, and blankets are provided. Participants are encouraged to bring a refillable water bottle. They can expect music, drumming, chanting, prayer, mindful breathing, and an open fire (limited in the winter months.) All participants are encouraged to set an intention--so that the medicine knows the agenda of the rendezvous--and the Shaman can hold the space, energetically. During the winter months these ceremonies will occur in the upstairs sanctuary of Wholeness Remembered. Space will be limited accordingly. As soon as it is warm enough they will be moved outdoor for to enable a better communion with the spirit of fire and the celestial bodies. Please dress accordingly. Contraindications: Please to not attend if you are currently taking lithium, have a history of psychosis, or active cardiovascular instability. High blood pressure medication is a mild concern and should be discussed with facilitator.
