Refund Info


In the case of power outages, we will make every attempt to reschedule sessions for members. If that is not possible to do in a reasonable timeframe, a refund can be requested. 

Should a member need a refund for any other reason, they should contact customer service before their scheduled session. Refunds are usually made via mailed check. They are subject to a 10% clerical/administration fee.
