Community Session

Service Description

Our most economical option, this a GROUP session in an 12 screen light system. Space is limited. Seats and/or mattresses are not reserved ahead of time. Please arrive promptly for the best selection of seating. If you cannot find a timeslot that works for your schedule, please reach out and ask about other availability. We're here to serve you! (Guests are NOT permitted during group sessions because this could create a crowding problem.) This is scheduled as a 3 hour session to encourage people to get to know one another. However, please keep in mind that most people are attending for the health benefits. Therefore, the first and last half hour are reserved for socializing--please refrain from talking and/or making any loud noises during the 2 hour meditation window. For the comfort of other HBOT sessions are not permitted during the group session. (The equipment is loud and puts off a lot of heat.) Sauna sessions are not guaranteed during group sessions. All people in attendance must agree to the use of the sauna and proper attire is required. (Members are expected to wear a bathing suit, when in the sauna, so as not to offend others. Anyone interested in disrobing completely is encouraged to reserve a private session and not a community session!) Likewise, full detox baths are discouraged during community sessions as this delays other members from relieving themselves in the lavatory should nature call. Quick post-sauna showers should be negotiated, by attendees, ahead of time. (Also, please remember that the facility is in a 2nd story, accessible only by stairs.) c
